Refund Policy

Status: CookedAF is currently free. This policy will apply once paid features (a one-time lifetime license) launch. Nothing here applies retroactively to the free version.

Once paid features launch

Lifetime licenses will be sold through a third-party merchant of record (e.g. Polar, Lemon Squeezy) that handles checkout, payment processing, sales tax / VAT, and refunds on our behalf. The merchant of record is the seller listed on your receipt.

Refund window

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase. If for any reason the product doesn't meet your needs, contact us within that window and we'll work with the merchant of record to process the refund.

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and generally limited to cases of demonstrable technical failure that we are unable to resolve.

How to request a refund

Email support@aisaasfactory.io with:

  • Your order number or the email used at checkout.
  • A brief reason (optional but helpful).

Refunds are returned to the original payment method by the merchant of record, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What is and is not refundable

  • Refundable: the price of the CookedAF license itself within the 14-day window.
  • Not refundable: any third-party charges (AI provider API usage, etc.) incurred independently of CookedAF. Those are billed by the respective providers and not by us.

License after refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated. The CookedAF app reverts to its free tier on next periodic re-check, and any paid features are gated off. Your data, settings, and provider connections are not touched.
